9.00 Facilities Cont.
Notes:
1. Full-Time Students 18+ will be required to provide a Student ID Card.
2. Senior's rate applies to 55 years & over.
3. Facility Rentals must be booked a minimum of 7 days in advance (preferably 14 days).
4. A $200 Deposit will be required on all facility rentals: payable at time of booking. Fee
to be returned once facilities rented are inspected by Township Staff and determined to
be left in an acceptable condition. If the state of facility is not acceptable, additional
costs above the $200 deposit may be applicable.
5. Facility rentals require individuals and/or organizations to obtain liability insurance at
their own cost.
6. An additional Socan Tariff Rate will be charged, when applicable.
7. Public Skating Passes & Summer Open Sports Passes must be presented to Arena
Staff prior to entering the arena ice surface. Should an individual be unable to produce
their Pass a replacement fee shall be applicable. This system will be strictly enforced.
8. Spot Rentals' availability will be posted daily on the arena door.
9. Spot Rentals will be restricted to unscheduled ice times, while staff are already
scheduled to be on duty. The spot rentals will be on a first come first served basis.
10. The Township of Hornepayne bears no responsibility for lost, missing, stolen, or
damaged personal belongings left in the arena lockers.
11. Winter Season: November 1 - April 30.
12. Summer Season: May 1 - October 31.
13. Fees will not be pro-rated.
14. Refunds will not be issued.
15. To receive discounted pricing, all passes must be purchased at the same time and
be of same kind.
16. All fees to be increased by 10% for non-resident users.
17. A $200 Deposit will be required on all facility rentals, including canteen, payable at the time of
booking. Fee to be returned once facilities rented are inspected by Township Staff and determined
to be left in an acceptable condition. If the state of facility is not acceptable, additional costs above
the $200 deposit may be applicable.
18. Facility rentals require individuals and/or organizations to obtain liability insurance at their
own cost.
19. Equipment Must Be Operated by Municipal Staff; Minimum Charge of 1 Hour (No Prorating).
20. Prices for Excavator Rental Do Not Including Floating Fees; Fees Will Vary Depending on
Contractor Costs.
21. Municipal Staff to setup and remove during business hours.
