Prohibits smoking, holding lighted tobacco, or using any tobacco product or nicotine delivery device (including e-cigarettes) within a 20-metre radius of the perimeter of any Town playground equipment zone, public playing field or recreation space, or spectator seating area. Applies whether or not a smoke-free sign is posted; designated smoking areas are exempt. Repeals By-law 111-13.
