BY-LAW NO. 3429t17
"Being a by-law to amend By-Law No. 3418/16,
Level of Service Policy (Public Works - Roads Division)."
\ilHEREAS
AND WHEREAS
the Town of Iroquois Falls adopted By-Law No. 3418/16; "Being a
by-law to establish minimum and desirable roadway service
standards þr the Town of lroquois Falls municipal road system";
Council for the Town of hoquois Falls desires to change the
sidewalk winter maintenance route.

NO\M THEREFORE, COUNCIL FOR THE CORPORATION OF THE TO}VN OF
IROQUOIS FALLS ENACTS AS FOLLO\ilS:
That Schedule "4" to the Level of service Policy (Public works - Roads
Division) be amended to reflect the changes to the sidewalk winter maintenance
route.
2.
That this by-law shall come into force and effect on September r"t,2017
