**Property Taxes**
### Receiving Your Tax Bill
Property owners will receive a tax bill by either postal mail ***or*** email as requested by the property owners. The first bill or "Interim Tax Bill" is issued in February and is based on ***50%*** of the previous year's total taxes. The second bill, the "Final Tax Bill" is issued in July. These tax bills will be sent, at minimum, 21 days prior to the due date.
It is important to make sure that we always have your current mailing address on record so that you receive your tax bills and do not incur penalties for late payments. If you need to update your mailing address, please complete and submit the **Mailing Address Change** **Form** which is available in either print or online formats on the **Application, Licences and Permits** page on this website.
* ##### **Property Tax Bill eBilling Option**
You may now request that your Property Tax Bills be sent to you by email.
Please click on the link below to complete an eBilling Request Form if you would like to request eBilling for an existing property tax account.
If the information provided about an existing account does not match what is currently on file with the Township of Jocelyn, the request for eBilling will not be processed and the bills will continue to be mailed.
