Zoning by-law prohibits keeping horses, cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, poultry, reptiles or wild animals in any residential zone or in any building or structure in any zone unless otherwise stated (s.3.22.1). Despite that, up to three hens may be kept per lot in any Residential Zone (s.3.1.3), in a single coop and run located in the rear yard only, set
