# Parking The Town of Kapuskasing has undertaken a proactive approach to parking enforcement to address parking issues. Parking meter attendants and municipal by-law enforcement officers are on duty within the Town, which may include Saturdays and Sundays. ## Pay and Display Units ![Pay and Display](https://media-001-ca.cdn.govstack.com/kapuskasing-004-ca/media/42ua1kwo/paydisplay1.jpg?rmode=max&width=137&height=366) The Town of Kapuskasing has installed Pay and Display machines to replace parking meters. A Pay and Display machine is a kiosk that replaces, on average, six to eight individual parking meters on a street. It allows users to pay for on-street parking using coins and provides them with a receipt. The time is transportable - users pay for time instead of space and will be able to move from one on-street parking area to another. Note that parking restrictions and accessible parking have not changed with the implementation of Pay and Display units. Directional signs will clearly indicate the area where parking is allowed. Simply look for Pay and Display markings. Clear instructions are on each Pay and Display unit. Please refer to the following location map for Pay and Display Units.
