# Kincardine Waste Management Centre
Kincardine Waste Management Centre
The Kincardine Waste Management Centre is located at 437 Sideroad 15, Armow.
Please arrive to either location 15 minutes before closing time for staff to process your transaction. We're open:
* Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
* Saturdays from 8 a.m. - Noon
* **Closed****Statutory Holidays, including Easter Monday & Civic holiday.**
To accommodate businesses and non-eligible users under the new provincial EPR system, the Municipality of Kincardine's Waste Management Centre (437 Sideroad 15, Armow) will offer extended hours in addition to regular operations ***for industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) properties only.***
**Expanded Hours (for non-eligible sources only):**
* **Monday:** 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
* **Thursday:** 7:15 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
**Tipping Fee:** $1.65 per kg (1 kg = 2.2 lbs)

## Proof of Residency Required
Services at the Kincardine Waste Management Centre are only available to residents and rate payers of the Municipality of Kincardine. Staff are required to deny access to any non-resident/non-taxpayer visiting the landfill if they are unable to provide proof of residency.
### Examples of acceptable proof of residency include:
* Driver's License with Municipality of Kincardine address
* Recent tax bill with Municipality of Kincardine address
* Utility bill with Municipality of Kincardine address
* Contractors shall be asked to provide proof of origin of materials being disposed of in the form of an invoice, signed agreement, building permit, etc. with their client.
## Yard Waste and Composting
Yard waste and compost materials may be taken to the Waste Management Centre anytime during regular and extended hours. Yard Waste convenience depots will no longer operate in 2026.
## Fees and Charges
Fees are set for the landfill each year in the Consolidated Rates and Fees By-Law, Schedule J.
All vehicles are to report to the scale house when visiting the Kincardine Waste Management Centre for all dumping, including free items.
