## THE CORPORATION OF THE
## TOWNSHIP OF LANARK HIGHLANDS
## BY-LAW NO. 2004-548
## BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2003-451
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, RSO 1990, Section 34, the Council of a municipality may enact By-Laws regulating the use of land and the erection of building and structures thereon;
AND WHEREAS By-Law No. 2003-451 regulates the use of land and the erection of building and structures within the Township of Lanark Highlands;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lanark Highlands deems it advisable to amend By-Law No. 2003-451 as hereinafter set
AND WHEREAS this By-Law implements the policies and intentions of the Official Plan for the Township of Lanark Highlands;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lanark Highlands ENACTS AS FOLLOWS-
1. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A2" thereto in accordance with Schedule "A' attached hereto, so that lands located at Pt Lot 18 Concession 6, geographic Township of Lavant, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Limited Service Rural (LSR)".
2. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A1" thereto in accordance with Schedule "B" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 17 Concession 4, geographic Township of Lavant, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "B" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Limited Service Rural (LSR)".
3. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A1" thereto in accordance with Schedule "C" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 18 Concession 6, geographic Township of Lavant, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "C" attached hereto and forming part of henceforth be zoned
4. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule 'A2 thereto in accordance with Schedule "D" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part West Lot 14 Concession 3, Part East Lot 12 Concession 4, all Lot 13 and 14 Concession 4 Concession 4, geographic Township of

5. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A2" thereto in accordance with Schedule "E" attached hereto, so that road name as shown at Part 16 Concession 4, geographic Township of Dalhousie, as indicated on Schedule "E" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law henceforth "LODORE ROAD".
6. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A2" thereto in accordance with Schedule "F" altached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 14 Concession 5, geographic Township of Dalhousie, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "F" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Limited Service Rural (LSR)".
7. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "AZ" thereto in accordance with Schedule "G" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 14 Concession 5, geographic Township of Dalhousie, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "G" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Lake Development-17 (LD-17)".
8. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A2" thereto in accordance with Schedule "H" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part West Lot 22 Concession 5, geographic Township of Dalhousie, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "H" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Commercial Recreational (CR)".
9. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A2" thereto in accordance with Schedule "" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 15 Concession 6, geographic Township of Dalhousie, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Rural· - 2 (RU-2)".
10. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A2" thereto in accordance with Schedule "J" attached hereto, so that road as shown at Lot 6 Concession 8, geographic Township of Dalhousie, as indicated on Schedule "J" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be shown as "HIGHLAND LINE"
11. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A2" thereto in accordance with Schedule "K" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 13 and 14 Concession 9, geographic Township of Dalhousie, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "K" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Rural (RU)".

THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A2" thereto in accordance with Schedule "L" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 13 and 14 Concession 10, geographic Township of Dalhousie, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "L" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Rural (RU)".
13. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A2" thereto in accordance with Schedule "M" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 10 Concession 12, geographic Township of Dalhousie, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "M" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Commercial Recreational (CR)".
14. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A2" thereto in accordance with Schedule "N" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 6 Concession 1, geographic Township of North Sherbrooke, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "N" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Rural (RU)".
15. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A2" thereto in accordance with Schedule "O" attached hereto, so that lands and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Rural (RU)".
16. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A3" thereto in accordance with Schedule "P" attached hereto, so that lands ocated at Pan Lot 6 Concession 2 adicated by shaded tone on Schedule Parached hereto and forming an o henceforth be zoned

19. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A3" thereto in accordance with Schedule "S" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 7 Concession 6, geographic Township of Darling, a ndicated by shaded tone on Schedule "S" attached hereto and forming part o this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Limited Service Rural (LSR)".

22. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A3" thereto in accordance with Schedule "V" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 22 Concession 7, geographic Township of Darling, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "V" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Limited Service Rural (LŞR)".
23. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A3" thereto in accordance with Schedule "W" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 27 Concession 8, geographic Township of Darling, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "W" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Lake Development (LD)".
24. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A3" thereto in accordance with Schedule "X" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 27 Concession 8, geographic Township of Darling, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "X" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Lake Development (LD)".
25. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A3" thereto in accordance with Schedule "Y" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 19 Concession 8, geographic Township of Darling, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "Y" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Limited Service Rural (LSR)".
26. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A3" thereto in accordance with Schedule "Z" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 24 Concession 10, geographic Township of Darling, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "Z" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Environmental Protection (EP)".
27. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A3" thereto in accordance with Schedule "AA" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 2 and 3 Concession 10, geographic Township of Darling, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "AA" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned "Rural (RU)".

THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A3" thereto in accordance with Schedule "BB" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 2 Concession 10, geographic Township of Darling, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "BB" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Rural (RU)".
29. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A3" thereto in accordance with Schedule "CC" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 1 and 2 Concession 10, geographic Township of Darling, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "CC" attached hereto and forming part this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as . "Rural (RU)".
30. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A3" thereto in accordance with Schedule "DD" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 2 Concession 10 and 11, geographic Township of Darling, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "DD" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Rural (RU)".
31. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A3" thereto in accordance with Schedule "EE" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 19 Concession 11, geographic Township of Darling, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "EE" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned as "Lake Development (LD)".
32. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A3" thereto in accordance with Schedule "FF" attached hereto, so that private roads located at Part Lot 19 and 20 Concession 11 and 12, geographic Township of Darling, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "FF" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be named "McLachlan Lane and Loney Lake Road".
33. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A4" thereto in accordance with Schedule "GG" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 4 Concession 1, geographic Township of Lanark, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "GG" attached hereto and forming part henceforth be zoned "Rural (RU)".
34. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A4" thereto in accordance with Schedule "HH" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 13 Concession 3, geographic Township of Lanark, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "HH" attached hereto and forming part

42. THAT By-law No. 2003-451, be and is hereby amended by changing Schedule "A2" thereto in accordance with Schedule "PP" attached hereto, so that lands located at Part Lot 23 to 27 Concession 1, geographic Township of Dalhousie, as indicated by shaded tone on Schedule "PP" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law shall henceforth be zoned "Deer Yard"
