# Municipal Fees
Certain municipal services carry fees and charges. These fees are set by Council in the annual Fees By-law which can be found on our By-laws page.
2026 Municipal Fees and Charges
The following municipal fees and charges are in effect as of January 1, 2026:
* Building Fees
* By-law Enforcement Fees
* Engineering Fees
* Finance and Business Services Fees
* Fire Service Fees
* Legal Services Fees
* Legislative Services Fees
* Marina Fees
* Parks and Seasonal Facilities Fees
* Planning Fees
* Pollution Control Centre Fees
* Public Works Operations Fees
* Transit Fees
* Water Services Fees
**The following municipal fees and charges are effective July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027**
