Community Services - Schedule "E" Fee Description
Notes:
1. Hours of operation are 8:00am-8:00pm daily.
2. All setup, event, teardown and cleaning times must be included in rented time.
3. A rental rate will be applied to any time where the building is occupied and cannot be re-rented due to the
event. Hours booked outside operating hours that are not occupied will not be charged.
4. For funerals and celebrations of life for residents, Township facilities are available at qualifying entity/individual
rate. Insurance and damage deposit are applied and at the cost of the renter.
5. Playgrounds, play structures, swings, slides, splash pads, beaches, washrooms and boat launches are considered
public property and cannot be booked for exclusive use.
6. Adult programming classified as 70% of particpants over age of 18. Youth programming classified as 70% of
particpants under the age of 18.
7. Long-term rentals may enter into an agreement with the Township at a specialized rate as agreed upon with the
Director of Corporate Services/Treasurer.
Forfeit of Deposit
The Damage Deposit will be retained in the event of damage caused to a facility or additional cleaning required to
return the facility to its prior condition.

Municipality may incur in connection with its review of the application, such as registration of agreement on title,
