THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF LIMERICK
BY-LAW NO. 2026-04
BEING a by-law to establish certain user fees.
WHEREAS Section 391 of the Municipal Act, 2001, c. 25, as amended provides
authority for a council of a municipality to pass by-laws imposing fees or charges on
any class of persons for services or activities provided or done on behalf of them:
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Limerick
enacts that the following charges shall be applied:
THAT the fees listed, where applicable be subject to any applicable provincial and
federal taxes and;
THAT the following schedules shall form part of the by-law:
- Schedule "A" - Administration and Finance
- Schedule "B" - Limerick Community Centre
- Schedule "C" - Planning and Building
Receipts for payments received will be sent only on the receipt of a stamped, self-
addressed envelope.
All fees shall become effective at this passing of this By-Law.
This By-Law repeals any other by-laws and/or resolutions pertaining to same.
READ a First time this 16th day of February, 2026;
READ a Second time this 16th day of February, 2026;
READ a Third time and passed this 16th day of February, 2026.
