# Food & Refreshment Vending Permit
An approved Food & Refreshment Vending Permit Application is required to host a food or refreshment vendor at an event in a Town Park. Town parks allowing food or refreshment vendors include:
* Charles Daley Park - 1969 North Service Rd, Jordan Station
* Jordan Lions Park - 2793 Fourth Ave, Jordan Station
* Beamsville Lions Park - 5162 Fly Road, Beamsville
* Rotary Park - 5020 Serena Drive, Beamsville
The Food & Refreshment Vending Permit Application must be submitted to the Planning & Development Department a minimum of **30 days** prior to the start of the event.
The Food & Refreshment Vending Permit Application Fee is **$350 for a Class "A"** (motorized food sales) Food & Refreshment Vendor and **$200 for a Class "B"** (non-motorized food sales) Food & Refreshment Vendor.
