THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF LINCOLN
BY-LAW NO. 2026-31
A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2025-61, BEING A
BY-LAW TO ESTABLISH AND REGULATE
PAYMENT OF VARIOUS FEES AND CHARGES
WITHIN THE TOWN OF LINCOLN
WHEREAS Section 391 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O.2001, c.25, as amended,
provides that despite any Act, a municipality may pass by-laws imposing fees or
charges on any class of persons for services or activities provided or done by or
on behalf of it and for the use of its property, including property under its control;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Lincoln deems it
expedient to enact a comprehensive by-law establishing and requiring the
payment of fees for information, services, activities and use of Town property;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Lincoln approved
By-law 2025-61 on Dec 15, 2025;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Lincoln enacts
as follows:
1. That Schedule A to By-law 2025-61 be amended to reflect the changes
included in Schedule A of this By-law;
2. That this By-law shall come into force and take effect on the day of its final
passing.
