### Regular Instalment Due Dates
Due dates are printed on the tax bill. Regular instalment due dates are on the last business day that banks are open, of the months indicated below:

### Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (PAP)

| Instalment | Interim - last business day of February and April Final - last business day of July and September |
| 10 Month | 10 Months out of the Year from January to October, coming out on the 15th of the month |
| NEW 12 Month | Monthly from January to December, coming out on the 1st of the month |
| 12 Month Arrears | 12 Months out of the year on the last business day of the month (requires Finance approval; interest applies for properties in arrears) |
