In the City of London, Ontario, parking & snow rules are set by Off-Street Residential Parking By-law No. PS-112 and 2 other bylaws, verified 2026-10-19. Fines: $5,000.00 maximum fine for a person; $10,000.00 maximum fine for a corporation. Winter parking ban: No parking on any roadway or shoulder between 3:00 am and 5:00 am; subsection (h) does not apply to non-recreational vehicles between April 1 and November 14.
