THE CORPORATION
OF THE TOWNSHIP
OF MALAHIDE
BY- LAW NO. 21- 08
Being a By-law to amend Schedule "B" to By-law No. 07-09
insofar as it prescribes fees for various classes of permits with
respect to the construction,
demolition
and change
of use of
buildings.
WHEREAS Section 7 of the Building Code Act, 1992, S. O. 1992, Chapter 23, as
amended, empowers Council to pass certain by-laws respecting construction,
demolition and change of use permits and inspections;
AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Malahide
enacted By-law No. 07-09 respecting the construction, demolition, and change of use
permits and inspections for the Township of Malahide;
AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Malahide
deems it expedient to amend Schedule " B" to By-law No. 07- 09 insofar as it prescribes
fees for various classes of permits with respect to the construction, demolition, and
change of use of buildings;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Malahide
HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Schedule "B" to By-law No. 07-09 insofar as it prescribes fees for various
classes of permits with respect to the construction, demolition, and change of use
of buildings, be and it is hereby replaced in its entirety with the Schedule " B"
attached
hereto.
2.
THAT By- law No. 13- 53, By- law No. 17- 83, and By- law No. 20- 10 be and the
same are hereby repealed in their entirety.
3.
Any other by- law or provisions in other by- law found to be inconsistent with this
By-law are hereby deemed to be repealed.
4.
THAT this By-law shall come into force and take effect on the final passing
thereof.
