THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF MATTICE - VAL CÔTÉ
BY-LAW NO. 631
Being a By-Law to amend
to By-Law no. 203

WHEREAS By-Law no. 203 establishes Sewer Rates for the Township of Mattice -
Val Côté;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Mattice - Val Côté
deems it expedient to amend By-Law no. 203;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Mattice - Val Côté
enacts as follows:
1. That Section 4 of By-Law no. 203 be maintained as follows:
An additional sewer service charge shall be imposed against all users of the sewage works
system within the Village of Mattice. The additional sewer service charge shall be 21% of
the annual water rate.
2. That this By-Law shall come into force and take effect on January 1st, 2008 until amended.
