THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF MATTICE - VAL CÔTÉ
BY-LAW NO. 859
Being a By-Law to
establish sewer rates for Val Côté
-------------------------------------------------
WHEREAS By-law no. 346 establishes Sewer Rates for the users of the Village of
Val Côté;
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Mattice - Val Côté deems it
expedient to standardize the sewer rates for Mattice and Val Côté;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of Mattice - Val Côté enacts as
follows:
1. The sewage service rate imposed in 2020 to users of the Village of Val Côté shall be
an annual charge of $159.28 (domestic unit) in respect of such lands which are used
solely for domestic purposes.
2. Going forward, the annual sewage service rate imposed to users of the Village of
Val Côté will be equal to the sewage service rate imposed to users in the Village of
Mattice.
3. That By-law no. 476 is hereby repealed.
4. That this By-law shall come into force and take effect on January 1st, 2020.
