McKellar Zoning By-law 2019-23 (July 2024 revision) allows short-term rentals (under 28 days) in any waterfront or residential zone, as permitted by the by-law and/or the Township's STR licensing by-law (s.3.56). STRs are prohibited elsewhere unless specifically provided for. Hosts should check the licensing by-law for licence requirements.
