Prohibits injuring, destroying, harvesting or clear-cutting trees on any parcel larger than half a hectare without Council approval, on a proposal prepared by a certified arborist or forester. Properties less than 2 hectares in total area are exempt, as are normal farm practices, good forestry practices, firewood for personal use, marked-tree harvesting and removals within 30 m of a building
