If it is necessary to retain a private contractor, rent special equipment and/or use consumable materials in order to determine the origin and cause of a fire, suppress, control, or extinguish a fire, preserve property, prevent fire spread, make safe, or otherwise eliminate an emergency, the costs will be invoiced to the property owner on a full cost recovery basis. Late Fees: $5.00 for every 15 minutes or portion thereof will be charged after 5:30 p.m; ii. Administrative fees will be charged in accordance with the Municipality of North Perth Fees and Licences By-law for such things as; NSF cheque charge, fee to transfer payment made to an incorrect account, fee to transfer unpaid balances to property taxes or collection agency, fee to process refunds.
