# Planning Services Rates and Fees By-law
Planning's rates and fees by-law 2024-156 establishes the application fees for development applications and other planning-related services and repeals By-law 2023-003.
* Rates and fees relating to planning applications and services are approved by Council as part of the annual budget process
* Fees must be paid at the time the application is made or service request is submitted in a form of payment acceptable to the Town
