BY-LAW NO. 32
- 2024
A By-law to establish?eesforrental rates and admissions at
the Oliver Paipoonge Heritage Park
WHEREAS the MunicipalAct, 2001, c. 25, s. 150 (1) provides that a municipality may
license, regulate and govern any business wholly or partly carried on with the
municipality;
AND WHEREAS Report No. 2024.93 was presented to Council on April 24, 2024, and
a resolution was passed approving the fee schedule presented in the Report;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF OLIVER PAIPOONGE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS
1) That the document attached hereto and marked as Schedule "A" sets out the fees
for rentals and general admissions at the Oliver Paipoonge Heritage Park.
2) The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute and af?x the seal on the By-law
on behalf of the Corporation.
3) That this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon the ?nal reading
thereof.
Enacted and passed this 24''1of April, AD. 2024, as witnessed by the Seal of the Corporation
and the hands of its proper Of?cers.

RENTALS

Church (half day) $50, has 12 pews that would fit 5-6
people each
Pavilion $50, approximate
size is 40' x 40'
Photo shoots (half day) $100
Package for half day for Church, Pavilion, Photos on site
$200
Wedding package (same as above) per wedding $125,
bride could be accommodated
in Train Station or Duke
Hunt
OPHP supplies bottled water for Church, Pavilion,
Wedding Packages
& Photo Shoots
Video or Movie sets ($250/ half day)
Fees for Special Events determined individually by the
Museum Board
For Special Events a portion of the fees may be given to
the Special Event Holder by the Museum Board
School tours ($5/student,
Teachers and chaperones
free)
Season
Pass $100/person,
includes any event
GENERAL ADMISSION:
Remains at $5 for adults and children 13 and older, ages 12
and under free
For Special Events the Museum Board may approve other
general admission fee amounts
For Special Events a portion of the general admission fees may
be given to the Special Event Holder by the Museum Board
