THE CORPORATION
OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF OLIVER PAIPOONGE
BY-LAW NO. 67-2026
A By--lawto establishfeesfor rental rates and outline prime
and non--primetimeslots at the Nor West Recreation Centre
WHEREAS
the Municipal Act, 2001, c. 25, s. 150 (1) provides that a municipality may
license, regulate and govern any business wholly or partly carried on with the
municipality;
AND WHEREAS
Report No. 2026.140 was presented to Council on August 26, 2026,
and subsequently a resolution was passed in increase ice rental rates at the Nor West
Recreation Centre;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF OLIVER PAIPOONGE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS
1) That the document attached hereto and marked as Schedule "A" sets out the fees
for ice rental rates at the Nor West Recreation Centre and the document attached
hereto and marked as Schedule "B" is a Schedule outlining prime and non-prime
timeslots at Nor West Recreation Centre.
2) The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute and affix the seal on the By--law
on behalf of the Corporation.
3)
That By-law No. 47-2024 is hereby repealed.
4) That this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon the ?nal reading
thereof.
Enacted and passed this 26'I1of August, AD. 2026, as witnessed by the Seal of the Corporation
and the hands of its proper Of?cers.
