BY-LAW NO. 78
- 2024
A By-law to establishfeesfor rental ofthe Murillo and Rosslyn
Community Halls.
WHEREAS
the Municipal Act, RSO 2001, c. 25, s. 9 provides that a municipality has
the capacity, rights, powers and privileges of a natural person for the purpose of
exercising its authority under this or any other Act;
AND WHEREAS it is desirable to establish fees for rental of the Murillo and Rosslyn
Community Halls;
AND WHEREAS Report No. 2024.203 was presented to Council on October 30, 2024,
and the subsequent resolution was passed to add fees for additional openings and
closings, overstay,
cleaning and damages to the schedule of hall rental fees;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF OLIVER PAIPOONGE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the document attached hereto and marked as Schedule "A" is a
Schedule providing fees for rental of the Murillo and Rosslyn Community
Halls.

THAT the Mayor and Chief Administrative Of?cer/Clerk be authorized to
execute
the By-law on behalf of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Oliver Paipoonge.

THAT By--LawNo. 05-2023 is hereby repealed.

THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon the
?nal reading thereof.
Enacted and passedthis 30'hday of October, AD. 2024, as witnessed by the Seal of the
Corporation and the hands of its proper Of?cers.
