Requires every owner or occupant to maintain the boulevard abutting their property: grass, weeds and undergrowth no higher than 15 cm, free of refuse and hazards, with hedges and plantings kept clear of the sidewalk, sight lines and sight triangles. Fences and ornaments need 450 mm clearance from the sidewalk toward the house and 600 mm toward the road.
