Every person who wishes to operate, maintain or sell refreshments from a refreshment stand within the Township.

Yearly: Class "A" $300.00 per unit; Class "B" $450.00 per truck; Class "C" $300.00 per cart; Class "D" $300.00 per car; Class "E" $450.00 per truck; Class "F" $300.00 per unit. Temporary: Class "A" $200.00 per unit; Class "C" $200.00 per cart; Class "D" $200.00 per cart; Class "F" $200.00 per unit. Two Day: Class "A" $100.00 per unit; Class "C" $100.00 per cart; Class "D" $100.00 per cart; Class "F" $100.00 per unit. Re-inspection fee $75.00 if required. Non-profit and service organizations exempt from licensing fees as set out in Schedule "A" and "B".
