THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
OTONABEE-SOUTH MONAGHAN
BY-LAW NO. 2026-42
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2024-74- Administration -
Tariff of Fees

WHEREAS, the Municipal Act 2001, as amended, authorizes the council of a local
municipality to pass by-laws imposing fees or charges for services or activities
provided or done by or on behalf of it; for costs payable by it for services or
activities provided or done by or on behalf of any other municipality or local board;
and for the use of its property including property under its control;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Otonabee-
South Monaghan deems it desirable to amend By-law No. 2024-74.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED that the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Otonabee-South Monaghan hereby enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "A" - Community Services - Arena, Parks & Facilities, as amended,
is hereby replaced by the attached Schedule "A".
2. The Clerk of the Township of Otonabee-South Monaghan is hereby
authorized to make any minor modifications or corrections of an
administrative, numerical, grammatical, semantically or descriptive nature or
kind to the by-law and schedule(s) as may be deemed necessary after the
passage of this by-law, where such modifications or corrections do not alter
the intent of the by-law.
3. That all other provisions of By-law 2024-74 shall remain in effect.
4. This By-law shall come into force and effect upon the third and final reading
thereof.
