Construction Permit Fees
Administrative Surcharge
(construction commenced before permit

All other - 50% of permit fees calculated for regular Permits
to Construct, Demolish or Change of Use up to a maximum

-15% of recovery costs paid to third party contractors for
property owners' non-compliance with the Building Code Act
