Rapid-Transit Network (Section 87)
87.
(1)
A rapid-transit network and related construction, staging and repair works to support a
rapid transit network are permitted in all zones. (By-law 2013-19)
(2)
The provisions of this by-law do not apply to a rapid-transit network and to land used
for the construction, staging and repair works to support a rapid transit network (By-
law 2013-19)
(3)
Despite subsections (1) and (2), in addition to the uses permitted in the applicable zone,
the following uses are permitted within a rapid transit network station:
bank machine
click and collect facility (By-law 2016-289)
convenience store
personal service business
restaurant, fast food
restaurant, take-out
retail store
service or repair shop
provided these uses are not located in an EP zone or subzone or within a flood plain
