Shelters (Section 134)
134.
(1)
A shelter is permitted in all zones within the Downtown Core, Inner Urban, Outer Urban and
Suburban transects as shown on Schedule 509 - Transects, other than in the EP - Environmental
Protection, ME - Mineral Extraction, IH - Heavy Industrial, IG - General Industrial, IL - Light
Industrial and IP - Business Park zones. (By-law 2025-147 April 16, 2025)
