Snow Disposal Facilities (Section 90)
90.
(1)
Where permitted, a snow disposal facility must be located at least 200 metres from a
residential zone.
(2)
Despite subsection (1), the minimum required 200 metre setback may be reduced to a
minimum of 100 metres provided that noise attenuation measures are introduced to
mitigate the noise level of the snow disposal facility so that it does not become a
nuisance to surrounding dwellings.
