Payday Loan Establishment (Section 78)
78.
(1)
The following applies to a payday loan establishment:
(a)
A minimum separation distance of 1000 m is required between any lots containing a
payday loan establishment;
(b)
A minimum separation distance of 500 m is required between a lot that contains a
payday loan establishment and a lot containing a casino or racetrack;
(c)
A minimum separation distance of 300 m is required between a lot that contains a
payday loan establishment and a lot that contains a school or a post-secondary
educational facility;
(d)
A payday loan establishment must be located in a building that contains other
commercial uses; and,
(e)
A payday loan establishment must not be located in a building containing residential
