| winter ban | No person shall park a vehicle from 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., from November 1st to April 15th, on a highway under the jurisdiction of the Town of Parry Sound, on a municipal parking lot or on a parking lot provided for public parking at a municipal facility whether owned or leased by the Corporation. Exceptions: Bobby Orr Community Centre public parking lot (area per Schedule "L"), Stockey Centre public parking lot, and CP station north parking lot in a designated area identified by signage. | s. 4.1(c) |
