THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PERTH SOUTH
BY-LAW NO. 60-2015
BEING a By-law to authorize the signing of an amendment of By-law 28-2007.
WHEREAS it is desirable to amend By-law 28-2007 being a by-law to provide for
imposing fees and charges and to regulate, restrict and control the use of the waste
disposal/landfill areas;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Perth South
enacts the following amendments:
1. AMEND Section 4. The following kinds of wastes shall be prohibited - by
adding:
k) bale and agricultural wrap
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Perth South
enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of the Township of Perth South an amendment to By-law 28-2007.
2. THAT this By-law shall come into force and take effect on the final passing thereof.
READ a FIRST and SECOND time this 6" day of October 2015.
READ a THIRD time and FINALLY PASSED this 6" day of October 2015.
