By-law No. 96-41 (Concerning Property Maintenance) adopted bylaw

standards	Growth of grass or weeds in excess of 20 centimetres in height on any lawn area; accumulation of waste material on any property (composter/compost heap excepted).	s. 3(a)-(c)
enforcement	Officer may direct owner in writing to comply within seven (7) days; if owner fails, City may arrange necessary services to bring property into compliance, with expenses recoverable like municipal taxes.	s. 4(b)-(c), s. 5
