Puslinch requires every dog to have a current Township dog tag (fee in the User Fees By-law), obtained within days of acquiring the dog. Limit of 3 dogs per dwelling unit and 5 per property. Dogs may not be at large and may be impounded. Kennels need an annual licence (max 25 dogs). Fines from $100 up to $100,000.
