WHEREAS the Municipal Act, 2001, SO. 2001, Chapter 25, Section 391, provides
that a municipality may pass Bylaws imposing fees or charges on any class of
persons, for services or activities provided or done by or on behalf of it; and for costs
payable by it for services or activities provided or done by or on behalf of any other
municipality or local board;

term plan to fund water and wastewater service for 2025 to 2033;

proposed rates during budget process;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Ramara
hereby enacts as follows:

1. THAT the Water Service Rates for the periods January 1st through December
31st, 2025 and proposed rates for years 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030, 2031,
2032, and 2033 shall be levied upon and shall be collected from all rateable
property in all water areas in accordance with Schedule "A".

2. THAT Wastewater Service Rates for the periods January 1st through

3. THAT Water tower usage rates shall be collected upon usage and the rate

premises may be disconnected for non-payment of water or wastewater
