In the Regional Municipality of Niagara, Ontario, parking & snow rules are set by Traffic By-law No. 89-2000, verified 2026-10-19. Fines: not less than five dollars ($5.00) and not more than two thousand dollars ($2,000.00). Winter parking ban: Between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. within the municipal boundaries set out in Schedule "C1" of this by-law.
