Regulates pedestrians, bicycles, pedal- and power-assisted bicycles and e-scooters on highways, sidewalks, bicycle lanes, cycle tracks and multi-use paths. E-scooters may be operated on a highway only where the legal speed limit is 50 km/h or less and there is no bicycle lane, cycle track or multi-use path; riders must be at least 16, helmets are required under 18, and
