Requires a pool enclosure permit from the Chief Building Official before installing a privately owned outdoor pool holding water deeper than 0.76 m. The enclosure must be at least 1.22 m high; gates must be self-closing and self-latching with the latch at least 1.22 m above ground. Permit fees are set in the Fees and Charges By-law.
