Restricts and regulates the injuring, removal and destruction of trees on private property, but only on the lands named in s.2.1: all lands within 20 metres of a Shoreline, and all lands zoned Environmental Protection (EP and EP1) in the Township's comprehensive zoning by-law. A permit from the Director is required for tree injury, destruction or removal on those lands.
