Fee: User Pay system; expenses paid by waste generator; fees/charges established by Council resolution. Collection schedule: Garbage: once each week per dwelling between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.; recyclables at curbside prior to 8:00 a.m. on collection day. Container or bag limit: Refubag containing waste shall not weigh more than 40 pounds or 18 kilograms.
