standards	Yards must be free of rubbish, debris, noxious plants, grass over 25 cm, dilapidated structures, pests, dead trees, inoperative/unlicensed vehicles, and wrecked/abandoned vehicles/boats.	s. 3.02.1, s. 3.02.2
enforcement	Upon owner default on a final order, the Municipality may enter the property, do the required work, and recover its expenses as provided in the Building Code Act.	s. 8.01
