By-law No. 12-2023
A By-law to amend By-law No. 67-2022 being a by-law to
provide for the administration and enforcement of the
Ontario Building Code Act
(Schedule A - Building Department Permit Fees)
Whereas Section 7.1 of the Building Code Act, S.O. 1992, c. 23, as amended, empowers
Council to pass certain by-laws respecting construction, demolition, change of use,
transfer of permits, inspection and the setting and refunding of fees;
And Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South-West Oxford
deems it necessary to amend Schedule A - Building Department Permit Fees;
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South-West
Oxford Enacts as follows:

That Schedule "A" - Building Department Permit Fees to By-law No. 67-2022 be
amended to add the following:

This By-law shall come into full force and effect as of January 1st, 2023.
Read a First and Second Time this 21st day of February, 2023.
Read a Third Time and Finally Passed this 21st day of February, 2023.
