quiet hours 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily Schedule A (a): "between the hours of 11:00 p.m one day and 7:00 a.m. the next"
construction hours 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Mon–Sat); 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sundays Schedule A (j): "between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. the next day, excepting Sundays, when no such noise shall be created before the hour of 10:00 a.m. and no such noise shall be made after 6:00 p.m."
