A By-law to amend By-law No. 2023-137 entitled "A By-law to impose certain rates and
fees charged by The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines with respect to certain
administrative matters."
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF ST.
CATHARINES enacts as follows:
1.
That By-law No. 2023-137 be and the same is hereby amended by deleting Planning
and Building Services fees listed under the subheading "Licensing" and replacing them with
the following fees:
