THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STIRLING-RAWDON
BY-LAW NO. 382-04
ENTITLED a by-law to amend By-law No. 295-02.
WHEREAS Council deems it expedient and necessary to amend by-law no. 295-02 with
respect to dog licence fees;
AND WHEREAS Section 391 of the Municipal Act 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25. as amended,
authorizes municipalities to pass by-laws imposing fees and charges.
AND WHEREAS Council has given notice of its intention to pass a by-law and has held
a public meeting in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act 2001, S.O. 2001,
c.25, Section 25 1 as amended and its municipal by-law no. 32 1-03.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF STIRLING-RAWDON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Schedule "A" to By-law No. 295-02 be deleted in its entirety and the folliiwing
be substituted therefor:
1. Licence fee for each dog
$15.00
2. Kennel licence fee
50.00
3. Daily maintenance fee rate (for animals impounded)
8.00
4. Replacement of lost tag
1 .OO
2. That this By-law shall come into full force and take effect on an after the passing
hereof.
