DOG TAG LICENSE FORM
By Bylaw 2019-34, as amended, dog owners in the Township are required to purchase
a tag for each dog in your household. Please complete this form and send it back to
the Township with your payment.
Seasonal residents are not required to have a Township tag if you already have a
current tag from another jurisdiction. Your dog(s) should be licensed where you
permanently reside. If your dog should ever go astray we contact that area's
licensing authority to have you re-united with your dog.
