THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF TERRACE BAY

A by-law to amend Uniform Traffic By-law No. 95-18
WHEREAS on December 11, 1995, Council passed Uniform Traffic By-law No. 95-
18;
WHEREAS Council now deems it wise to amend By-law No. 95-18;
NOW THEREFORE The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Terrace Bay
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1.
Schedule 5, Section 18.4 and 18.5
Delete Simcoe Plaza locations as follows:
2 spaces adjacent to Lots 14 and 16, Plan M-124
1 space 60.3 metres west of intersection of Hudson Drive and Simcoe Plaza
and
AMEND to read "Simcoe Plaza -
1 space 84 metres from Highway 1
7/Simcoe Plaza intersection adjacent to Lot 18, Plan M-124"
AMEND to read "Simcoe Plaza -
1 space 123 metres from Highway
17/Simcoe Plaza intersection adjacent to Lot 16, Plan M-124
AMEND to read "Simcoe Plaza -
1 space 1 76 metres from Highway
17/Simcoe Plaza intersection adjacent to Lot 13, RP 55R4419
AMEND to read "Simcoe Plaza -
1 space 251 metres from Highway
17/Simcoe Plaza intersection adjacent to Lot 12, Plan M-124
AMEND to read "Simcoe Plaza -

This by-law comes into force upon adoption by Council of The Corporation of
the Township of Terrace Bay.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 11 TH
DAY OF JULY, 2011.
